Meet Stephanie
Wellness Coach & Author & Speaker
My life shifted in a single Mother's Day morning when I was seven years old. The full story belongs to my chapter, not this page. The short version: I spent the years that followed learning what one person can carry without breaking. A guidance counselor told me when I was thirteen that I would not graduate high school. I held that sentence for six years, until I held a diploma instead — with honors and a scholarship I wasn't expected to earn. That was the first time I understood that what someone tells you about your future is one of many possible futures.
Movement found me before I knew what to do with it. I ran the way some people pray — with whatever was unprocessable, until it turned into endorphins. I studied kinesiology in college. I worked as a student trainer with a collegiate volleyball team that won nationals the year I was with them. I thought I knew what my body could do.

Then in my twenties came the second rebuild. My body stopped carrying me the way it had. The recovery was long and slow and didn't follow the shape anyone had a method for. I worked one out on a stationary bike — thirty minutes at a time, then forty-five, then an hour — with a sentence I kept repeating to myself: you can do this. Keep pushing. The Movement, Stretch, Go Fast practice came out of that bike.
Today I coach adults who are doing their own rebuild — in transition, recovery, the middle of long roads. Edmonton and virtual. I work with people one-to-one and write the way the chapter required: longer and more honest than polite conversation allows. The practice now is offering the method to people doing the same thing I did, when no one had a method for me.

The Method
Movement. Stretch. Go Fast.
The method has three movements. I do all three every day, in the order that makes sense for what my body needs that morning. With coaching clients, we work the same way — what they need, what their day allows, what their body can hold. The order matters. The sequence is built around how the body actually responds to each one.
Movement is where we start, because the body is where resilience is built. Stretch is what releases what the body has been holding — physically and otherwise. Go Fast is the part that asks more, and gives more back: heart rate up, mantra in your head, endorphins that don't lie.
Working with me means we build a practice you can keep when I'm not around. The goal isn't a long engagement. The goal is that you leave with something you own.
